This information comes from numerous sources including banks, trade references, landlord references as well as on-line systems. The information gathered is on the corporation, personal property, real estate ownership and credit reports. You will receive a report based on our findings. Included you will find recommendations for covenant structure and forms of security the landlord may want to consider to reduce their risk.

Collections – Should there be an occasion where your tenant has failed to provide the specified payment(s) as outlined under the terms and conditions of the lease agreement, ACM will be there to assist you in collecting your overdue accounts.

This service includes:

  • Working directly with site managers and administrative staff to become familiar with the account history.
  • Reviewing the lease and correspondence file.
  • Contacting the tenant directly if required.
  • Assist with the preparation of a Demand Letter and follow-up.
