Marshal is a North Shore local who was born and raised in the community, giving him a deep understanding of the areas, business landscapes, and evolving commercial real estate markets. His lifelong connection to the North Shore, combined with a genuine passion for real estate, allows him to bring valuable local insight and a client-focused approach to every transaction. Marshal graduated from Bishop’s University in 2023 with a dual major in Business Management and International Political Economy, providing him with a strong foundation in business strategy, market analysis, and economic principles. Following graduation, he joined the Forman Pilkington Team, where he continues to build his expertise and pursue his passion for commercial real estate across Metro Vancouver.
Outside of work, Marshal is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys making the most of the West Coast lifestyle. During the winter, he spends his time skiing and playing hockey, while the summer months are dedicated to golfing and water-skiing. His local knowledge, strong work ethic, and passion for the industry allow him to provide exceptional service to clients across the North Shore and Greater Vancouver.
