As an owner of Babych Group Realty Vancouver, Ross specializes in commercial and industrial leasing and sales with a focus on North Vancouver. Ross entered the commercial real estate industry in 1990 after graduating from UBC’s Bachelor of Commerce program. Ross was involved in over 600 leasing and sales transactions before 2001 and has consistently averaged over 100 leases, sales or renewals per year.
Ross was nominated for the 2025 Canadian Realtors Care Award presented by @realtordotca. In 2005, Ross was awarded the Vancouver Real Estate Board’s Realtors Care Award. In 2017, Ross was a Business Person of the Year finalist for the North Vancouver Chamber of Commerce. Currently, he is the president of the North Shore Crisis Services Society. Since 2005, Ross has been involved with the NSCSS which “promotes a secure and abuse free environment for women and children”.
Ross is Vice President of Athletics for Kids, a charity focusing on ensuring that all kids in BC have the opportunity to participate in organized sports by supporting families in need of financial assistance. In 2024, Ross joined the board of the Lower Lonsdale Business Improvement Area, a non-profit society that was established to provide a united, collective voice for the business district with a primary goal to market and promote businesses to locals and visitors.
